• VEGAS - LINE COOK

  Summary:

  We are seeking experienced line cooks who are dedicated to preparing high quality food in a fast pace environment.

  Responsibilities:

  • Setting up & sanitizing work stations
  • Setting up & stocking kitchen stations
  • Complete basic food prepping tasks with the ability to follow prep lists
  • Prepare menu items up to company food standards
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Comply with all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures 
  • Support prep/porter staff as needed
  • Ability to work on both the hot & cold line
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude & be able to work as a team

   

  Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification required
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

• VEGAS - CASHIER

  Summary:

  We are seeking friendly and hard-working Cashiers to join our team! As a Cashier, you will ring up orders, take payments, and issue receipts. You will provide excellent customer service by ensuring all transactions run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

  Responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer with a smile & be engaging during ordering
  • Complete transactions in a timely matter
  • Issue receipts and refunds to customers as needed
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of our menu to assist customers with their selections
  • Update stock on the POS daily as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas & foh
  • Follow directions from management
  • Must be able to re stock efficiently 

   

  Qualifications:

  • Prior FOH experience preferred
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong in customer service
  • Capable of problem solving
